ADRIANNA DANE'S EROTIC ROMANCE PAGES

Website Review by: arthurchappell

ABSTRACT – ADRIANNA DANE’S EROTIC WEB PAGES.
http://www.adriannadane.com/adrianna%20dane%20home%20page.htm Comprehensive,
colourful, easily accessed web site giving a list of Washington State based Adrianna’s formidable literary output and book cover illustrations (Mostly pictures of half naked rugged looking men) of her work. Titles include Images Of Desire, Realms Of The Ice God and The Diary Of Lillian Manchester. Clicking on a book cover gets you access to a steamy extract from the book. (Most of her work is published through The Amber Quill Press). She also writes as Tess Maynard and has written stories since she was ten years old. The web site has a portal link to Adrianna’s fairie realm where she writes of her favourite fairie, Rexi, Heavily influenced by an early reading of Bronte’s Wuthering Heights, Her site has an excellent selection of links to many publishers and writer’s groups. She offers a free monthly newsletter to her subscribers. There are also some unique touches, such as her thesaurus of words that erotica authors might need to use. This doesn’t just give alternative names for various body parts and slang words for sexual activities, but uses romantic words like Electricity, though the entries are currently few and far between. There is yet no list of similes for the word Love. Adrianna has a page for collecting funds to help the victims of the Katrina Tsunami disaster. Adrianna also writes non-fiction, with features in writing journals, and online. There are several interviews with her online, which can be accessed through her site too. It is her novels that will undoubtedly be her most memorable material for many though. Her advise for writers is to just write and submit. It’s a simple but highly effective formula, which has clearly served her well. Unusually, Adrianna also gives readers some insight into work she still has in progress, inviting people to ask questions, and express interest to see if they want more on any particular piece or not. Adrianna is very keen to talk to her readers and many fans, and details of how to contact her can be found on her web pages.
