This paper will discuss the Carl D. Perkins the III
Vocational and
Technical Education Act of 1998. By analyzing all the
traits of this Act, we will see in a better light all of the main qualities that make it a forum for vocational and
technical education within the framework of the Constitution. The many properties that are defined here will create the perspective of what the Act does, how it works, and why it was made by law-makers in the United States congress. All of these points will be covered by a strict analysis of the laws within the Act and the formulas that went into creating it.
