This paper explains that the basic premise of the proposed study will be that the human resource methods, employed by the
Kuwait Oil Company, may not be effective in the area of
recruiting, selecting and motivating employees and managers. The author points out the reason for this situation is that the company adheres to traditional methods for employing and evaluating workers and manager and these methods may not be meeting the changing needs of the company. The paper relates that the research methods will include a detailed examination of the recruitment and selection methods used by Kuwait Oil Company,
