This paper tries to simplify the issue of whether women with HIV have reproductive rights. In order to do this it focuses
largely on the direct relationship of HIV to both the ethical and practical aspects of women's reproductive rights. In attempting to come to a conclusion, the author of the paper tried to balance the ethical and moral dimensions of the question against the practical issues such as poverty and economics.
