ObjectiveTo provide an experimental evident for clinical treating
infantile fever,we observed the eliminating pathogenic
effects of
infantile umbilical paste.MethodsWe applied the method of giving the medicine to mice infected by influenza virus A to detect some indexes,including survival rate,mean survival time,lung index,hemagglutination titer,to evaluate the effects of eliminating virus in vivo;We applied MTT method to detect protect rate of virus in vitro;In another experiment,we evaluated the medicine inhibition to Klebsiella Pneumoniae bactedostatic,P.aeruginosa,acpococcus,beta-streptococcus,preumococcus in vitro.We gave infantile umbilical paste to mice infected by acpococcus to evaluate the medicine effects on mice mortality.ResultsThe group of infantile umbilical paste(1.04 g/kg) can increase survival rate of mice infected by influenza virus prolong survial time,and its lung index and hemagglutinati on tier have a signincant difference compared with the group only treated with virus;Within the range of 5～1280 μg/ml,when the medicine concentration increased,protect rate on group of infantile umbilical paste(0.83 g/ml) has stronger inhibiting effects on Klebsiella Pheumoniae,0.11 g/ml has stronger inhibiting effects on P.aemginoSa,0.06 g/ml has stronger inhibiting effects on acrococcus,and it has little effects on beta-streptococcus and preumococus;The medicine can bring down monality of mice infected by acrococcus.It has significant difference compared with the control group without medicine(P<0.01).ConclusionInfantile umbilical paste has anti-virus and inhibiting bacteria effects in vitro and in vivo.
