This research is about the major crisis that the medical field is facing when it comes to
nurses. It starts out by discussing
how the average age of an R.N. is only suppose to increase as the older nurses retire. At the same time, patients are also living longer, creating a major supply and demand issue. The paper addresses what is keeping more young people from entering into a nursing
career and what
