transmitted diseases (STD). It offers an overview of diseases
and latter describes specific types of STDs in detail, such as herpes, syphilis and HIV. The paper outlines ways to prevent or eliminate
sexually transmitted diseases, and makes recommendations for improving awareness and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases.
