The international Atomic Energy Agency ( IAEA) meets today to discuss director general report on Irans obedience to its regulations.
Iran is a member of Non Proliferation Treaty and therefore obligated to follow the regulations. Agency is going to discuss Both Iran corporation and non corporation. At this state it is not possible for IAEA to blame Iran or give clean chit. Earlier Iran has agreed to suspend its Uranium enriched activities. NPT allow the use of
nuclear energy for peaceful purpose. Therefor Iran has to convince the agency that its uranium doesn't exceed 5% required for civil use , and nowhere is near to 90% required for nuclear energy. But lack of trust on Iran make it difficult. In 1987 Iran does agreement with Pakistan to aquifer uraniumenrichment technology. And it has developed a network of underground
enrichment and uranium hexafluride gasification facilities with the help of A Q Khan ( Father Pakistan nuclear technology) and his colleagues. Iran has never told this IAEA , but discovered accidently. Iran has resumed construction of power reacter at Bushehr with the help of Russians. Russian also offered the supply of enriched uranium. Even three EU countries have offered to construct the plant for Iran , with supply of uranium. If Iran shut down its uranium enrichment facility. Iran has not accepted this offer and said that to produce uranium of non weapon grade is its right. this makes IAEA more suspicious. Condition in India and Iran is similar. But india is never member of NPT , therefore no allegation was put on it. IAEA will whether it will forward the request for sections on Iran or not. US and Three EU nations are in sport of this. US is asking India ,russia and china to support these issue.India has advised some solution by diplomacy should be arrived. Russia feels the same , when as china is silent.
