EU Official Wants China to

trading system," Mandelson said in a speech to students at elite Tsinghua University.Beijing "needs to fulfill its WTO obligations, open its markets further and commit to trading fairly both in terms of the conditions of domestic production and the access it provides to its own market," the commissioner said.
