The Mongolia policy of Qianlong dynasty inherited the policy of formers,on this basis the emperor of Qianlong courageously
expanded the traditional policy in his dynasty.He did not only unify the country which included both Mongolia,but also carried on the valid governance towards each Mongolia who obeyed Ching governance.Through economy,politics,religion etc,he united the Mongolia together,malcing it become one harmonious nation.The most important is Qianlong's policy pused Mongolias civilization progress.The enhancement of law,culture and agriculture expansion had made great Mongolia's agriculture civilization.Among his policies there were some inherit to the traditional policies,there were also a little creative politics.Through these old and new policies,he promoted the fusion of each race and the unification of China.However Qianlong's Mongolia policy also had some limitations.Objectively it was aimed to promote the race fusion but actually it also blocked the process ascend again the antinomy that ot race fusion.In addition,he was constrained in his "world" scope by himself and didn't care about the outsides of his "Heaven".
