This paper focuses on the anthropology of Guam. Even after being invaded by some of the most powerful forces of the world-Spain,
Japan and United States of America-Guam has preserved its language,
culture and traditions. The people of Guam are interdependent and respectful with a rich, undying culture, and a heritage that gives life to their spirit. Guam has a growing economy and the country continues to negotiate with United States about having self-government.
