This
paper looks at the cultural and ethnic background of Sacramento County and how this will effect the growth of the Hmong
Alliance Church, located in Elk Grove, California. The
paper also discusses the history of the Hmong Church from its origins in Laos to its establishment in the United States. Finally, the paper presents an evaluation of the Church's attempt to meet the needs of the growing Hmong population and
looks at the Church's plans for future development.
