The reason behind same-sex preference has intrigued scientists for many years. This
paper briefly examines three models that
address this problem: the
Model of Permissive Biological Effects; Model of Indirect Biological Effects; and the Model of Direct Biological Effects. The
paper then looks at several studies and their findings on the subject.
