This work deals with the case of Wolfgang Keller and
describes numerous people from different backgrounds (ethnic, educational,
etc.) and the confusion that was caused as a result of those differences. All of these diffculties in
communication are elaborated upon and this essay
describes the means by which all parties can benefit as well as keep from making the same mistakes in the future.
