This paper
discusses the laws regarding the employment of peoples that are HIV positive and how those laws impact their lives
regarding medical care. In particular, the paper
discusses the role that the health organizations, Medicare and Medicaid, have in providing care to people infected with HIV or AIDS. The paper concludes that Medicaid plays a critical role in the lives of
individuals with HIV/AIDS and will continue to do so more as the population of individuals grows.
