This is a quantitative research study that is designed to assess the impact of
school culture on school safety and school
violence. The paper looks at what schools can do to create proper environments that are conducive to
safety and whether there are identifiable behaviors within school
culture that contribute to safety. The paper also analyzes the perceptions of teachers and administrators about school culture and order.
