This work asks the question: Has the learning ability of
children who attended school within the Wall Street District of
New York during the terrorist attacks of September 11th and their aftermath has been significantly affected? The work addresses the severity of the issue, including the possible exodus of
children from these
school locations and also those who returned to school in the same location.
