This paper is a research proposal looking for the effects of student morale, school climate and
technology integration on
student performance.The author reviews literature on the subject of school size, school morale,
technology integration and school climate. The conclusion of this literature review is that some links inherently exists between student achievement, student self-confidence, technological integration and the school climate, and that this deserves more research towards the goal of applying more concise definitions as to the specificity of those links that exist.
