This paper will discuss the National
Security Agency and the public rights in
cyberspace that are being developed. By understanding
how the
security agency works with the ethical laws that are now being made, we can understand how laws come into being, and how this agency backs them up. By knowing the laws of the land, the
cyberspace issues that are at hand can be fully realized.
