You should have realistic goals so that goals can be achieved in the foreseeable future. Ideals can not be achieved simply with no real effort. There are many views that can be used as a basis for achieving goals. Here are some views are:
a. Delaying the time would make the ideal get away. Life is full of competition. Delaying the time will make you lag behind others.
b. Must have the courage to change and evolve. Changes need to be supported by the fighting spirit and humility.
c. Be the players, not spectators. Do you just want to be spectators of success of others? Decide quickly, that you want to be someone who can influence the world. Decide what you want to be players (ideals) and played in what areas (profession or occupation). For that, try to fight with a formidable power, played with a fair and avoid deception. Every good cause must be taken in a good way too.
d. Do not look forward with great decision and redundant, so forget the little things and trivial. Life is always built with small things, the experiences of everyday, routine tasks. All things in the future (the ideals and expectations) will succeed if you do not forget the small things. Things like good manners in the association, mutual assistance, attention, social ethics, carry out routine tasks at home, or other small things. But, in fact all these little things that build your future. There is a wise sentence which says that whoever is right in small matters, he also would be right in large matters.
It is clear that the ideals to be achieved with great effort. Some of the above principle can motivate you to not hesitate in trying to achieve goals. Must start with understanding your own self, and use your own potential to achieve your goals.
