Take your time for taking the time to exercise. Because these activities can enhance our physical strength, as well as improving blood flow in your body. For a healthy physical health, also have a big impact on your mental health.
Within a week reserving one day off for you. Holidays should not be filled with work, better use to do activities you enjoy. For example, fishing, hiking, beach vacation, or just a small picnic in the yard with the family. These activities could decimate the pressure and the burden of thinking that can lead to job stress.
Do the social or religious activities, outside of your office environment. So you can interact with new colleagues and new environments as well. This is to reduce boredom in the workplace.
