Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 800gr beef mince
- 25gr flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 litre hot vegetable stock
- Salt
- Sugar
How to Cook:
a. First, heat the vegetable oil in a pan
b. Cook the beef mince (+/- 5 minutes), then remove and keep in separated plate
c. Chop the carrots, onions, tomatoes and then cook it in the pan for a few minutes (keep stirring to prevent sticking)
d. Blend in the flour and cook for a few minutes
e. Add the beef mince in it
f. Cover the mixture with the hot vegetable stock
g. Simmer the soup for 40 minutes.
h. Serve it hot in a bowl
