Slim is the most popular word for not only girls but also men. Commonly, to get slim and stay fit are some of resolutions that man does in his or her new life. Therefore, some ways bellow can be listed to get what people say as slim and healthy :
1.Daily to empty stomach take a lemon squeezed in a glass of water and drink. Do not do this if you have asthama and acidity. Have your coffe or tea after a half an hour break. 2. Use greens, fruits and vegetables in your diet.
3. Night eat oilfree, roti and drink butter milk and eat one tomato.
4. Do your household work yourself which will make utilisation of nutrients and deposited fats.
5. You can also drink a tea spoon of honey mixed with lemon in a glass of water daily in empty stomach.
6. Drink more water as much as you can.
7. You can go for regular walking or aerobics, ladies gym or health club for reduction of your weight, but what ever you do must be continuous progress do not give breaks in between to it.
8. Avoid fatty foods, Non-veg, Fast foods, pater-less, ice creams, coffee, tea as for as possible.
9. Daily spare at least 20 minutes for exercises and weekly one do exercises for half an hour.
10. If you prefer to walk, walk at least 2 km per day.
11. Consume garlic more which helps in digestion, controls cholesterol and also helps in reduction of weight.
12. The place you choose for exercises must be big with full ventilation, fresh air, spacious, clean and concentrate on the exercise only when you are doing so, do not watch TV or listen songs, if necessary play a mild instrumental music which even relaxes your mind.
13. Do some neck exercise, to get stiff neck and beautiful line neck, eye exercises.
