Maximum people who must have hit this page are probably overweight so am I!!
According to my height which is 5 feet 4 inches I must weigh around 56 - 60kg whereas i am nearly 20 kg overweight..
Soon i started hunting for various weight loss sites, ebooks, diet, in fact I also went to gym but laziness always kept me away from it and also yoga or Pilates was equally boring.
Next i started my hunt for calorie counting i also came across negative calorie huh?? Which is big time fake. Then i started playing with calories counting daily needs etc etc etc.
so hear is what I conclude.
1kg = 7500 calories
20 kg = 20 * 7500 which is 150000 calories to lose.
This is kind of impossible to lose in 1 month which is like losing 5000 calorie per day!!!
Lets assume we want to lose so much in 2 months which means daily we have to lose 2500 calorie!! Great for people who work out regularly.
But for lazy people like me who would prefer a bit of calorie cutting rather than exercising the 4 months time would work well which is losing 1250 calories per day :)
But isn't really
make sure u do not eat more than 1200 calorie daily little less would be great but minimum 1000 calorie is a must..
Our body naturally loses around 2500-2700 with the minimal activity we do (for my weight and height)
So lets assume I consume 1200 calorie daily and naturally lose 2500 calorie
Then 2500-1200 = 1300 ye!!!
You lose 1300 calorie that day!
Approximately you lose 5 kg per month!!
Isn’t it great!!!
