We need to start somewhere, so let me start sharing the fact that Today i am a non smoker, a non smoker for over 1 year and almost a half.

This is the issue with which i will start. I know that this unhealthy habit is affecting many people around the world, i think you know already that this Habit will bring you damage to your health and finally death. Yes you know this, there is nothing new under the sun, you can predict also that i will continue telling how damaging is this Habit. Well i will not tell you something that you already know, and i will not continue to describe how damage you do to yourself because you know it already. I can tell you something else, and if you think you know this also, then DO IT. I will tell you that yes you can Stop Smoking, not for a Day, not for a week. You can truly Stop IT, yes for Good, with perseverance, determination and tenacity. Why am i telling you all this, because when i was a smoker i thought that i will never stop this Habit, i was able to do it only for one month. I thought wrong because Today after one year, and a half i am a Non Smoker. I used to smoke a pack and a half a day and some days almost 2 packs. I always felt awful because i smoked too much, that is what i used to think but Today i realize that i felt awful because i smoked, does not count the numbers, it is only about the fact. I smoked almost 8 years and 4 years i was a heavy smoker.

Be careful and keep your money don't buy this "outstanding products".And let me tell you something, do not use and i repeat please do not use an E-Cigar, Electronic Ciggarette.This is not a way to quit smoking.I know that you can find E-Cigars without Nicotine, but this is not the best way to quit smoking.Why i think this is because the Nicotine Addiction will stop after a few months, i suggest that your Body will go over the "Nicotine must have".Yes your body because your Brain will not get over so quickly, and when i say soon i mean months , and yes sometimes even years.To conclude about the E-Cigar, this kind of practice will boost your "old gesture" to smoke, which is not acceptable and will always bring you in mind that you want to smoke.Your mind is used to the Nicotine and creates this gestures, to bring your hand to your mouth and take a smoke , to smoke after you eat, to smoke when you are anxious, to smoke when you are stressed , to smoke when you are bored and many other ways , only for you to , keep smoking.

You must remove this gestures from your everyday life and using an E-Cigar would not help do that.

About me know , i had to fix my Septal Deviation a problem from my childhood nothing related to smoking.I went to the Hospital and i had to wait 2 days with bandages in my nose.After 2 days the doctor told me that i have to wait 4-5 days before light up a ciggarette.Ok said and done and i`ve waited 1 week , 2 weeks , 1 month.All this time i felt the Nicotine Addiction over and over again but endured.I changed the way i lived,i went to the gym , i`ve changed my fast food meals with regular meals and healthy meals.As a tip best thing to do is do Sports.Every time an activity is excellent, go to the gym , jogging,bycicle, everything just go, be active.The desire to smoke will come and go, but you will stay.I know that it is a hard way to quit smoking, i mean the Cold Turkey method but i think that is the most efficient Way and it is not my opinion only ask someone else that kicked out this habit Few Years Ago.My start point was the surgery,but i`ve prepared myself to quit smoking a few months earlier.I always wanted to quit smoking, but never seriously tried harder.

It is nice to go out, have a smoke with your friends , have a smoker after work and so on.

You must truly think about your life and realize that we were not born with Nicotine Addiction / Smoke Addiction, this is a habit we choose to have it.If you want to have a habit we can also choose NOT to have it.You have the ability to quit smoking,and you know this.You can quit smoking not in a week , you can stop it right now or at least Tomorrow.It is your choice.Prepare yourself because you will have to fight.Don't get discouraged, this is life, nothing comes out right from the first try.Nothing is perfect you have to fight if you want something.You must have the desire to do this.You have to make some changes.
