- taking a walk everyday: By walking at least one time a day not only is great exercise but a great way to start your day. Studies show that starting the day off with a walk can make your day go smooth and keep your energy up all day.
- use sun-screen - Most people love summer because they can't wait to relax all day on the beach and get a tan, but the fact of the matter is getting sun burned can cause skin damage forever. Although, you may want to be tan now, think about all the damage you are causing to your skin in the future. So remember, try to keep your skin protected so it will look just as beautiful when your older as it does now.
