So why should you seek an alternative to over the counter medications
and prescription medications? They alleviate pain quick and effectively,
they barely cost anything and they aren't harmful to your health.... or are they?
Over the counter medication
According to the FDC over 80,00 people are hospitalized and 10,000 plus
die each year due to NSAIDS( Aspirin, Ibuprofen, etc.), and that number
continues to rise!
The truth is over the counter medications are for SHORT TERM RELIEF, not
prolonged usage! So some of you whom have had chronic pain for years
now may want to pay a bit of attention. The problem arises with aspirin
and what not being a quick fix alternative. The problem is most of us be
come dependent to it, and that is when the problem arises.
A study was done at the McMaster university in Hamilton, Ontario Canada
by a Dr. Michael Buchanan that found that his test subjects clotting
time was much faster on Aspirin then those with out..... 40 percent more! to be exact!
Side effects of over the counter medications
Heart Attack!
Stomach ulcers!
Gastro Intestinal bleeding!
Liver Damage!
Stroke!
Death!
That should be enough reason to look for a SAFER alternative wouldn't you think?
PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS
According to the FDC, In 2010, 2 million people reported using
prescription painkillers non medically for the first time within the
last year-nearly 5,500 a day
I don't really have to go any further with prescription pain pills do i?
We all know at least one person or know of a person through someone
else whom is addicted, or was addicted to prescription pain pills. Look
at some of the past stars in Hollywood who have passed away because of
them and are or have struggled with addiction in the past.
finding relief with Cherry Tart Juice concentrate
GOOD FOR SLEEP TOO!
Cherry
Tart juice has effective antioxidant properties that help with
reduction of inflammation caused by gout and Arthritis. I started with
the purchase of some cherries, and eating
them frequently to see if that would do the trick. I Tried this for a
few weeks and started to feel an effect after the 2nd week. I had about a
20 percent reduction in my inflammation. I thought, ah not bad ill try
it out for a week or two. It just happened right around that time my
mother had called me and let me know about Cherry Tart Juice
concentrate. My mother then told me to try the Juice because it is much
more effective then just eating cherries alone. I tried it and i am glad
i did, within 2 days i was about what i would consider 40 percent
increase in mobility and actually feeling a lot better. I was less moody
and felt very energetic.
Not only did it help with the inflammation but it helped my sleep as
well. Cherry tart juice is also a good source of melatonin, which helps
promote restful sleep. When you have pain sleep can be a bit of a
problem, i was only sleeping 4-5 hours a night because of the pain.
After about a few weeks i was sleeping 6-7 hours a night without any
discomfort. I was use to take some sleep pills every other night to get
some sleep but the effects were leaving me drowsy and in a bad mood the
next day. Cherry Tart Juice alleviated all of that, and i didn't have to
take anymore after about a month of usage.
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS and WHAT OTHER RESULTS DID YOU SEE AND FEEL?
It took me a few weeks to see significant results with it. I saw about
50-70 percent decrease in inflammation, With the increased mobility, i
was able to dance and lift harder and longer. I was finding i could do
my 2 a day workouts again, the soreness did not include the agonizing
pain that comes from within your joint area. I wasn;t as sore when i
woke up and my sleep was very comfortable. .Results for some may very
from one day of use, to around a month of use to feel any ettect. It
just depends on the individual and how much they are taking.
Is it safe and can you take it while on other medications?
I take allegra and zyrtec for my severe allergies and i have had no
interactions. You should however check your medications that are doctor
prescribed to find out if is safe or not. I personally have not heard of
any reported negative side effects from Cherry tart juice concentrate!
How do i take it?
It is still debatable on how much you should take, i would say follow
the recommend dosage of whatever kind of it that you buy. I myself take 2
tablespoons with 8oz of water 2-3 times a day. When i know i really
going to be active i double up the dosage, especially when i have
competitions or events coming up. It always keeps the pain and
inflammation that i barely notice.
