You Stress? the Cure Do Not Smoke!

Most smokers make the excuse "stress" as a scapegoat from poor health kept them for a cigarette. They say if you do not smoke, do not mind calm and be sick stress. In fact, a British study recently found that just the opposite where every smoker can lose his stress and affect both your health when reducing cigarette consumption and will be free of disease stress when stopped completely.

Reuters Health reported that researchers have tested about 469 active smokers who develop heart disease due to their bad habits. The result of smokers after a year leave cigarettes decreased levels of stress they feel and this is the surefire cure in decreased levels of stress.

According to researchers from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, said that the patients with heart disease who do not break the habit of smoking cigarettes will remain stressed and no change in stress and their health.

One researcher Peter Hajek told Reuters Health said that many smokers make smoking as a cure their stress. And sometimes the smokers who had smoked too many converts back to the classic reason that want to find an outlet from the stress they experienced solutions and make its cigarettes as drugs.

In that study also concluded Peter Hajek of 469 smokers, 85% of them believe the start of the study carried out that smoking can help in relieving the stress of disease in them. Half of them even believe that smoking is extremely stressful drug helped them in defeating stress attack.

And after a year of research, Peter Hajek back to survey the patients were returned and the results obtained for 41% of them actually had to leave smoking. Were answered by 20 percent abstained, claiming a decline in stress levels of 20 percent and the remaining small portion back to their original problem that is smoked.

The research was also influenced by other factors such as patient age, education, duration of smoking, the level of stress they experience scores and the health of their bodies. The conclusion ultimately is that dependency to cigarettes is a serious source of stress triggers. Quit cigarettes not only improve their levels of stress and mental health, but have a big impact on their own physical health. And the drug of disease stress is to stop smoking immediately.
