Humorous Trap for Intruders

Book Summary by: SDHProspering

Original Author: Roxie Lilley
One evening while setting on the lawn at our grandmothers residence we noticed some intruders crossing disrespectively. They
seemed to have no regard for our family gathering and simply walked right in between our paths of conversing with one another.
My grandmother a bit frustrated by the intruders actions decided to have my uncles place a wired box spring in the middle of the yard for the following eveings gathereing. As the dusk fell and gave way to the darkness of the evening the intruders once again entered our yard and crossed between us again.
This time as they crossed not noticing the box spring in the middle of our lawn, they slipped, tripped and fell in the middle of the springs. After their fall it was a joy to laugh and see them mangled together as they struggled to pull themselves apart and out of the mass of wire.
To make it even more appealing my grandmother, looking down on them and in a harsh and nice tone said, "good evening, nice of you to notice us". What a laugh we all had and the intruders pulled themselves out of the humourous trap set by my grandmother and uncles.
