The physical attitudes

Book Summary by: Elpidio

Original Author: Elpidio
In general terms, you will end up transforming into an independent person, that is to say in somebody that has stopped to
be victim, when you analyze the perspectives of been tyrannized or controlled by the others. And to reach this goal you have to begin by creating a posture of trust, of being happy, a healthy posture; that is to say, to operate at full performance and to make the firm purpose that you won't accept at any moment or under any circumstance that other people enslave you or control you. You will achieve it being based on effective attitudes and not through sublimated ideas that people or organizations have imbued you deceivingly. A good start is to consider four comprehensive and critical fields in those it is possible that we have ended up underestimating our competency and potential.
The physical attitudes
The intellectual capacity
The emotional attitudes
The social attitudes
If you are an adult of mature approach, you can obtain almost anything from your body. In extreme situations you probably noticed that virtually anything can’t intervene in your way and your body can reveal almost superhuman capacities. Through the attitudes and expectations as well as for your own health, you can avoid being manipulated by this factor. It is possible to work for avoiding the perspective of suffering of common colds, arterial hypertension, lumbago, headaches, allergies, eruptions, cramps or even more serious illnesses as the cardiac affections.
If you say or think: I feel bad and simply cannot make anything to avoid it. While more affirm and reaffirm that you feel bad, the bigger the power you'll give to this sentence. Why do you defend this? Why do you have to sustain those negative things that will have a negative impact in your life? The only thing that you have to do is to begin believing that if you stop thinking that your life is harassed by these negative things as the bad health, if you take seriously the idea of modifying its perspectives, perhaps and only perhaps some of them will disappear. We don't have anything to lose, simply to make the attempt.
In their work ' Psychosomatics medicine, its principles and applications ', the physician Franz Alexander speaks about the mind’s power and about the fact that the brain dominates the entire body. This statement constitutes, in spite of the fact that biology and medicine are not concern about it, the most fundamental fact that we know about the process of our life. We do have a lot of influence on our body, on our health, on the way that we feel, on our capacity to be effective from the physiological point of view.
We can change our dietary habits if they are causing us illnesses and problems as for energy. We can eradicate the negative attitudes that also produce many emotions and negative behaviours. We can exercise our body, that which can prevent us against illnesses, to achieve bigger energy and to lengthen our life. We can eradicate those negative habits such as smoking, to drink or to eat in excess, etc., which affect us tremendously. We mean that we have a lot of control about our physical attitudes. In fact, a big part depends on us to how we feel from the physical point of view. My question is: Are you tyrannized by your own body, are you controlled by your own habits, a person who is enslaved by his negative customs? Each one of us has a high control on our own organism. Therefore when we say of having control on ourselves, we have to consider our physical attitudes in the first place.
