Her name is Gloria, Gloria Steinem, though she is 73 years old, she is active with her full of passion in Journalism.
She is one of the respected person in the World of journalism. For her, journalism is not only duty but it is her life. She is not only a journalist but she is also a writer, a child rights activist and the icon of The American feminist. In 25th March, 1934, Gloria born in Toledo of Ohayo state in America. From her childhood, she came out as a politician and a writer. She won the election from the oldest party of America in 1956. At the same time she came to India for her further studies. After to go back from India, she realized that it''s very hard to make a position in journalism in America. Because at that time whole world of journalism was menmade.so she starts her job as an assistant editor in "HELP" magazine and also to start to write as freelancer in America. she also works with NBC TV. She takes many interviews of celebrities of America at that time, she attracts to feminist activities. At the same time media announce her as a First Lady of feminist activities. In 1971, Gloria helps a magazine which is only for women named "MIZZ". With help of this magazine, Gloria become popular for her activities for women and it''s become her inspiration for whole life. She starts labour women union in 1977. She realized that most of children be seduced by her care taker, so she starts a movement against it and she work as a lawyer of children. Gloria faces many problems in her life. In 2000, she was 66 years old and she marries with David Bale, who is 7 years younger than Gloria. Her marriage becomes hot topic of America because during a feminist movement Gloria gave a statement that "A woman without a man is like a fish without a bicycle". But after 3 years of their marriage life, David Bale dies with brain tumor. In sight of Gloria, "Media is a camp fire, where people share their information with each other". Gloria wants to do more for women issues. She believes that all media world is share in "hard" and "soft" news for the women journalists. Now women journalists become more and more powerful in this field. In her sight, when a woman make her own identity in this world at that time she become independent and it isn''t matter to tell the incident about it but it''s a matter of feel it by a woman.
