INTRODUCTION:
language is one of the prominent characteristics which distingush human being from the other ceatures. So, it requires organism materials(the linguistic centres of brain) and an intellectua content(the spoken or written signs) and these two conditions which the language can not exist without them;we can not find them except in human being and the best proof on this is the impossibility of teaching animals the language on the manner which human being used, animals have not those organism materials. Also, we can take as an example the lacking of language at children that are put in complete isolation from the society(to examine them). So, the socirty is the second condition for the existance and the duration of language. We see therefore, that the existance of the linguistic phenomenon requires two essential and adhered conditios which are the organism elements in the human brain and the intellectual content of the linguistic signs which can not grow except when we live in a society.and if it derived in the most importantdefinitions of the human being that he is a speaking and a social animal, then we recognize that language is the characteristic which adheres to human being in both definitions(speaking animal and social one).
