We have two types of solitudes; the
necessary solitude and the
unnecessary solitude, When one lives in a boisterous world,
must look for a space of its time to be single and to reflect, to make a daily analysis our conduct, to affirm successes and to rectify errors, is a daily work and cannot be waived, it must be in our agenda. Consequently, according to I understand, that would be the
necessary solitude. On the other hand we have what would be the dark and negative zone, that is the
unnecessary solitude and it takes place when we depressed by questions that have struck us the spirit, some disappointment., some rabieta or something who we did not reach to include/understand and displaces to us. It costs to us to surpass that critical moment, then we commit the error to isolate to us of people, safe in fulfilling our obligations labor, let go to social meetings, are not going to see spectacles, we walked taciturn and meditabundos, like angered with the world that surrounds to us. We took refuge in our interior is “in the temple of the solitude”, and that behavior single depresses more more to us and. When it catches that depressive state to us, we became ill, hurts the head to us, the defenses lower to us and we are to expenses of any accident. In order to leave this one distressing situation, first that we must do it is to look for our better friend so that “it lends the ear to us”, that kindly listens to us and to unload in him our cable to earth. Surely it will include/understand to us and obtain with some opportune council, (that to the friends if we listened to them) to remove it advanced. I have made that experience.
