From age 2 to 5 I was in Mussorie where I did my nursey and kindergarten. From age 6 to 18 I
was in Dehradun, where I did classes 1st and 2nd in St. Mary''s, Clementown, and 3rd to 12th in SJA. I relate to all your exsperiences. The stick jaws of Ellora, the cycling expeditions to Lachiwala, early morning treks to Mussorie, visting FRI, IIP, IMA, I
remember
all of that vividly.
I also remember the torrential rain, which did not stop for days at an end, the biting cold of Jamuary when the snow-clad mountain peaks in the north would
look
oh so beautiful. I also remember, the twinkling lights of Mussorie at night which made it look like a fairy castle suspended in the sky. There are so many more memories- tikkis at Ghantagahar, the lichies, the sugar-cane fields, the inter-councillary sports meets and so on.
