As I was passing through an orphan's home one day,
I stopped there for a moment to watch the children play,
             Alone a boy was standing,
And when I asked him why,
He turned his eyes that could not see,
             And he began to cry,
             I am NOBODY'S CHILD........
Hark!! Modern citizens( oops!!shall I call us netizens?) of this so called modern world, step no further, pause, right here, right now.We are venturing into a world which is in danger of a catastrophy more daemonic than nuclear warfare, aids, artificial intelligence- it is the loss of our very own HUMANITY.
I tell you the plight of the orphan- he used to work in a cracker factory & his tyrannic master in order to ooze out more profit during the festive season used cheap material for crackers. The consequence was inevitable, a small blast & it was over( I fear for ever!!)- The child lost his sight.
On the other side of the same coin termed teenage - I portray another picture this time though not so devastating in the first look but ironically having far-reaching consequences.
Somebody who has recently celebrated his seventeenth birthday is poised quietly in his bedroom surfing the informative  internet. He is transfixed at this juncture as a picture is downloading in his desktop and oh!!behold!!  The latest silver-screen actress is semi-nude ....
Believe me my dear friends and critics, this is the naked truth - a truth so daring that it requires gigantic valour to even discuss the issue. We have got hundreds of problems in our society( do not worry every society has it in some form or the other) but the loss of humanity is something we can not bear. If we cannot save ourselves atleast we should be smart enough to protect our younger generation( the GEN-X or Y or Z). We ought not sit back and relax and start playing the blame-game to their parents in case of the posh or to the lack of infrastructure in case of the needy.Children should be treated differently for I strongly believe the society can still mould them into better human beings. If we do not catch them young we would be in shambles. We should conceive the logistics for a better society where our children would thrive and not be ruined. It is high time we all unite to save the world from this explosion- the danger of losing our own identity as human beings.
I am not urging to step back- technology has advanced and it will continue to do so but we should be able to strike the perfect chord with it. We should enjoy responsibly and not like a prodigal son.
The ball is in our court and the opponent is eagerly waiting for our slight mistake to pounce upon.We have to take the challenge back and show him the nadir.
We have to carve out that RAINBOW for ourselves- there's broken glass lying on a pool of blood but if we look deep enough we can see a rainbow through it, but the irony is rainbow's aren't easy to find. YOU FAIL AND IT'S OVER, YES FOR EVER.....
