to lack of self-discipline. When other
people point out, we may feel ashamed.
So, self-discipline is the key to overall success of human life. Due to lack of self-discipline, we are
observing numerous conflicts in our life.
Why can’t we make effort to initiate steps towards self-discipline?
Enforced discipline can not last
long while self discipline is achieved through voluntary behavioral
modifications. So, to achieve
discipline in workplace, employers need to seek the cooperation of
employees by
maintaining discipline in work place.
