Get 20 balls like nothing and start the next point with a

longer than the other. At the end of the day when you finish the practice in the afternoon leave you equipment on the side and run around 4 tennis couts at the your fastest rythm until youg et 8 laps. You have to feel hard
breath taking.. you will inhale hard with difficulty but that is the point because when you play for real you are use to it. In every lap you give you will feel your eyes lossing perpective but in every half lap your eyes will open more.The perception will increase. So make your best effort.
