In the beginning was the Word. The Word of God is the only place where everybody starts.

If you intend to reach your goal , you have to start from His Word. The Word is Jesus Christ the Beginning and the End.The written Word is the Bible.
   Many people have reasons why they read the Bible . It is important for us to read the Bible because it governs our way of thinking and reveals the kind of mind set we should have. We must learn to think according to the Word because our Life''s success depends on how our mind, will and emotions will respond.
   Our mind, will and emotions is our soul. St. John understood it well when he wrote " Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health , even as they soul prospereth."As a man thinks in his heart, so is he. If you think you are going to be poor, in the entire years of your life you will be more poorer beyond your imagination. If you think you are an overcomer, you will. If you think you are a winner, you will become one. If you think you will get out from your unpaid bills, you will.
   Do you have a lack mentality? A poverty mentality? A sickness mentality? Do you have a mentality of defeat? Take a look at your thinking pattern and the influence it brings, because the things that is happening to your life is traced back on how you think. When our thoughts are aligned with the Word, it will produced positive emotions. This is God''s gift to us.When Jesus was on earth , He was moved upon seeing the sick, the lame, the blind, the dumb, the deaf, the lepers and the sinners. It is alright to have emotions but we must see to it that this will never enslaved us.
   How do we understand emotions? It is the feelings caused by pain or pleasure that will direct you or moved you in a certain direction. If you will not be able to know how to control it, this will bring you to a place which you don''t want to go.,In the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus showed to us that He resisted and never allowed emotions to take charge of His situations. The devil is always busy tempting us in our emotions, like Jesus , we must always take authority over it.
   0ur ability to control our emotions will determined our feelings when we make our decisions. Each day we are confronted with situations and we need to make decision. 0ur decision would spell life or death. The moment we choose to decide according to His will , God will support us. Jairus made that decision to asked help and interrupted what Jesus was doing . And Jesus went with him..We must not be afraid to interrupt what Jesus was doing for He is much willing to listened .God will always honor our decisions that are based to His Word. But as Jesus was on His way to Jairus house a woman with an issue of blood appeared with a decision to interrupt Him. She thought in her mind " if I may only touch even His cloth, I shall be whole. Jesus stopped and healed her. Jesus while on His way was directed somewhere else because someone dared to make a decision.
Your decision must be translated into action. Begin doing what you can and let your action shows what you beleived.. Your action will cause the increase. Because of their fear many people suffered and failed to explore their full potentials of success because they are afraid to take decision, afraid to dare and take the risked.
