Humanity, Material Development and Civilization

Article Summary by: Tanmay Shahriar

Original Author: Tanmay Shahriar
To a huge extent, for material development humanity and its ethics is seriously hampered throughout the world. High-tech
warfare resulting heavy disaster to human life can be taken as a big example. In these wars, to meet the evil objectives (most of the objectives) of the Mighty, numerous common people lose their life, or get disabled.
Material development is necessary. We need better food, better products, better education and medical facilities, and better living places. But how fast Man should go? I won’t say going ahead or whatever, just how fast we should run? Time is endless. Nations who have money and other efficiency are moving too fast. We don’t need all the achievements whatsoever of mankind to live life. “But as my neighbor country has done so, I’ll also go for it”- this mentality is killing us.
No statistics can show the issue’s real picture unless you realize it. And for realization, statistics is not mandatory. What is important is to practice the ethics of humanity in an extent which will influence the people and community around you to practice as you.
