Profit sharing

Book Summary by: Seto

Original Author: Ms Evelyn Singson
August 15,2007
I am pleased to inform you of the salary increase that has been credited toyour account to day. Please
note that only employees with regular status of employement as of December 3, 2006 are entitled to the increase.Like the recently distrubuted Profit Sharing, this increase is give at the most unlikely time. Our costs have skyrocketed-construction, renovation, manpower and other costs associated with our rapid expansion (security and utilities), to name a few. While we are already begining to see the fuirts of our hard labor toopen and manage 151 branches and hundreds of sub- agents locations, we are still not in the position to give out as much salary increase as we would have wanted to.It is also because of the above that we have more careful in evaluating and singling out those who have worked harder than their peers. These employees have contributed to the revenues we have earned by becming PEPTIC even before they knew what this acronym really meant. They have pushed products well beyond there targets, worked seven days a week, almost 24 hours a day, exhausted all possible means to get the jobs done and found the most creative and resourceful ways to cut down expenses. Needless to say, those who performed better than the rest got more while the non- performers did not get any. Still, we do not type cast and there is always another chance to prove oneself in eBiz.For the performers, I salute you and wish that your PEPTIC tribe will increase.I congratulate you on this your reward and hope that you will continue your hard work in the comng months and years in Ebiz.
