Creative writing can simply be defined as the ability to harness creative thoughts revolving inside one's head and mind and put it into writing using very good sentence structures;i would say that the concept 'Creative writing' entails more than storing imaginations because not all imaginations are creative thoughts. Creativity breeds inside a sound mind,a writer is as good as his or her thoughts
The two types of writers we have are the ordinary or everyday writer and the creative writer.
Creative writers use literary terms effectively to spice up their write-ups,they also tend to see things differently.Creative writers do not like to tell or write their stories in a conventional way, they love creating scenes out of the blues. The ordinary or everyday writer does not have a flair for idioms and proverbs, they lack the creative instincts of creative writers. Below are some tips on how to be a creative writer:
1.You must have a passion for writing
2.You must read widely
3.You must be willing to learn from other writers
4.You must have a sound mind
5.You must be a lover of nature
6.You must have a firm grip of proverbs and idiomatic expressions
