Loving yourself is the first step towards loving others.You have probably said "I Love You" many times to your spouses, parents or children but how many times have you told this to yourself? Why do you find it so difficult to say these three words to yourself? If you cannot love yourself how will you love others? And the first step to loving yourself is telling yourself loud and clear "I Love You". Women may still find it easier to say this but men don't. Does saying this take away a man's macho qualities. Start with your physical appearance: If you look good, you feel good. which inturn will boost your self-esteem.Don't be a fashion victim be yourself. Wear what suits you and what you are comfortable in. It is not necessary to blindly follow any trend even if it does not suit you just to keep yourself in track with the latest.
Think Positively: Always use positive words in your vocabulary like "i can", I Will" . Talk to yourself and say there is nothing that I cannot do. Have the right attitude and look forward. Dont sulk into your past failures.
Give Yourself Attention: Never neglect yourself. Take time to look after yourself to groom yourself and take care of your own well being. If you have a healthy body and a sound mind and dress smartly with overall cleanliness of your body you will feel top of the world.
Constantly work on removing your destructive behaviour out of you: recognise your own destructive nature like anger, being edgy, unfriendly, learn to change this nature to a positive one. Reward yourself each time you overcome it and manage your destructive behavior more efficiently.
Learn to relax: Exercise every day it throws negative energy out of your body. Meditate and practise deep breathing this will keep you calm. learn to smile more often.
Eat natural foods: Avoid eating junk food often instead eat fresh fruits and veggies. Try to eat a balanced diet. Remember the phrase "You Are What You Eat".
Finally say I love you to yourself: spend atleast two minutes with yourself in front of the mirror each day. Say to yourself " I know I am good" "I love myself". It may be tough but it can be done. Love yourself get in touch with your inner self you will feel good and have better relationships where ever you go.
