are you upset? are you frustrated?.......just plug in that favorite song of yours and keep listening till you recover.......this is considered to be the most psychologically safe antidepressant. this has come to my personal experience that the kind of music u listen your mood changes accordingly, those who listen music frequently are more healthy and energetic...thought ful and full of life than those who don''t. listening to music isn''t necessarily sitting silently and listening it can be heck busy wid work an still listening it enhances your efficiency while working ,however it cud be distracting in the begining but then it becomes a habit ...of being happy and light, except while when you have to think deeply music could be applied in all kinds of working environments. while working when you are busy with something and the tension raises around you music helps in easing it out by just listening to that favorite tune of ours your tension vanishes and u feel fresh and then your efficiancy to find a solution increases. listening to good and soft music relaxes your mind, you will forget all your worries for a while and submerge yourself in the deep tunes and the lyrics of the song. to unerstand the great effects of music in your life you have to try it once do it just like as you try any new dress or shoes it doesnt take anything from you but always gives you something, but before you actually start listening you must choose the right kind of music according to your mood music you listen have to be good or else this therapy would fail. i have been listening to good music (according to me) and have found that it gave me lots of satisfaction happiness and a light mood to go on.....
