WHAT IS
MOTIVATION?
The term" motivation" means an inner feeling which can be externally
influenced,, better understood internally.. Apart from this there are many definitions provided on this term by many different authours but Robins concentrates on the basic principle of
motivation the basic needs to solve the problems of motivation or rather what actually hampers the motivation and results in poor outcome .
We must know that whatever we do , absolutely anything that a human being does or is doing out of need, want is drived by this internal wish to perform or accomplish and sometimes it goes to overdrive in order to achieve the goal... this inner feeling to perform is motivation . When this lacks in a human being the outcome is that the work he/she is appointed to never results 100%, rather becomes less that even 30% success rate. This means the individual is not willing to do this particualr work or is not satisfied with the current job position.
There are many factors which are leading to motivation and it is one of the most complex subject in behavioural science.
factors are:
1. satisfaction of basic needs
2. interaction in society with proper prestige
3. self-actualisation
4. achievements
5. recognition
6. status
and many more factors which commit to increase or decrease of this complex issue of motivation. It resides in our mind and is salivated by our ego at times but people should be understanding the importance because it takes no time to be
motivated or demotivated b ut it takes time to feel it and it takes time for that indivual to get re-motivated,because without motivation there cant be any success for nay one in the whole world.
