MY VERSION OF SAYING GOODBYE

Article Summary by: RedArrow

MY VERSION OF SAYING GOODBYE... People never loved goodbyes... me either... But we cannot control
things. We cannot make all the things in this world flow like water according to our plans. This is what I learned in my current job. Being an ESL (English as second language) teacher in a Korean school here in our place, you have to prepare yourself in saying goodbye...every two, or three, or six months.
I hate goodbyes, but I have to deal with  it... over and over again. Students come and go... According to Ate Ciel and I agree, they are like butterflies who are just passing by... See? butterflies never really stay long in a particular flower... and that hurts... They come to visit you and make you feel that you are a beautiful flower, but then, after two or three or six months, they go, leaving you alone in a wide prairie under the scorching heat of the sun. I never really loved goodbyes... so... I don''t say goodbye... When my students leave, I just stay in my room and wait... I don''t really send them off, or look at them or even cry with them. Perhaps this will lessen the pain of knowing the fact that another good students and friends are leaving. This is my own version of saying goodbye... to never say goodbye at all...
