A subject always in guideline is the
politics. Of where it comes the term? Nothing less than of the Old Greek, where city
was assigned for the word "pólis". In the term "pólis" the city understanding is guarded not only, but of "democracy" and common good. Together to "you polish", it appears in Greece, the "nômos" that nothing more are of that the rule to live it well, or either the law, that many times if present as ethical. Thus, politics was the capacity of fusing between the "pólis" and the "nômos". Thus, the
citizens, members of the "pólis", they argued, in the public square, what he was ideal to live it well. All the citizens if placed in the right of speaking and hearing, being able to intervine and to argue the merit of each one of the presented questions. In this in case that the ethics, "here nômos", she was the limiting one of the quarrel. What it was presented as "democracy" was taking a body and in the measure where it grew the number of the citizens was being necessary the creation of a representative administration, not more so participativa. In this way, the
representatives appear, duly elect for the citizens, that they took ranks reliable and they directed the "pólis" for the common good. When they went to choose the representatives, first they indicated "candidates", of which the controllers were chosen. The candidate was that man who if placed "in cândidas vestments", or either, that such was presented to the population as it was, without tricks or lies, if it placed of white. Later, its past was placed for all the citizens, that having heard everything, they chose the representatives. This age the ideal of the politics, all the citizens if made "politikós", or either participant assets of the decisions and choices of the "pólis". The best word to assign to the term politics would be in Portuguese "CITIZENSHIP". Therefore, to be politician was simply to be citizen. To be really what one is in the city, living in such way that everything says respect to all. Where any movement or choice modifies all constitution of the universe. Then, politics is more of the one than a mere chamber of councilmen or members of the house of representatives, of that an executive representation. Politics is in the essence of the human being. But not as fight for the power, e yes as fight for the well personal one. Unhappyly, the modern man does not understand what he is common good, e has the necessity to emphasize the well personal one. Destarte, in that it makes tends to say: "I Was who I made", disclosing that more important that the fact is who made. Thus, in each workmanship constructed for the declining politics, if it plants a plate, more imponent than the workmanship and, to the times, more expensive than the same one, so that there its idealizer consists. This is the decay of the politics. Or either, an ideal of common good leaves its correct plummet and if desvirtua. Assuming a new modality. Not more in sight of the good of all, but yes of the personal will. When we say decay, we imagine a music that leaves its "cadence", then its harmony if becomes horrible, its melody ridicule and its immense rhythm. Thus, we dare to speak that we live a moment of "declining" politics. One politics that happens of July the November, to each two years. Where we do not see proposals, but yes accusations.
