Here is a blessing I read in a book that has slipped my mind. It really does, for me anyway sum up the whole idea of writing.

It is to thrill, annouy, give enjoyment and so much more to your readers. I think that if more writers practiced the simple formula below that a lot more wonderful books would be published.
