" Human
resource is the best resource available in the world and proper utilization of these resource globally can make the world a beautiful heaven. As I believe that God has blessed every one with immense talent in respective fields but due to lack of resources, direction, guidance, environment, people choose unsuitable
career and make themselves non/ under performer and thereby develop negative thinking leads to
problems for himself and the organization too. . If a right
person would not have chosen the right path at the right time scientific discoveries, inventions, innovations , technological advancement could not have taken place possibly but these people are very less all over the world. Generally people commit mistakes in choosing right job for themselves and face problems which further leads to multiple problems. Half of the industry/ organizational problems shall be solved if we can guide people in a right manner. Lack of direction and under the influence of friends , society trends and other miscl. things make the people choosing a career for which he is not made. Consequently the person always finds himself / herself struggling to meet the standard norms of the job position whereas a person who picks job of his interest reach to the peak of the career comfortably.
On the one hand he takes a unsuitable career but on the other hand ,with help of some knowledge test we further commit mistake taking a people for a job not made for him . I therefore believe that the attitude test of the person is more important where he can show his creativeness in the related field and various HR problems can be minimized post recruitment and selection.
Everybody has more or less same IQ but it is the interest parameter only which makes a difference of brilliant and non brilliant .
To become a
good officer we first need to be a good human being and a good human being is always judged from his or her attitude only. Secondly willingness to work comes from the interest part and an average knowledge and experience off course comes from a journey in the career .
In an organization, we have people and the problems of people normally are as under on assumption basis ;-

Such kind of executives we do find at offices but the idea is to have a good emotion balanced manager with high performing possessing leadership/ motivational qualities. Why an intelligent officer can't have the balance behavior pattern. Intelligent people most of the time do not contribute in a desired manner because we need a strong manager to handle him. As I can relate an intelligent person with a fastest train " A fast japenese train reaches to its target destination quickly but credit goes to sound tracks otherwise…
Above all, people need to think before choosing their career for the prosperity of self and the organization as well and thereby have the best out of best human resource available.
