Cooking

Article Summary by: Hechkok

Original Author: Hesham Magdi

Tell you about a personal secret fantasy…………..
I adore cooking and tasting food, I adore watching these crazy
chefs doing great plates and delivering extraordinary tastes out of very simple things it is a pleasure equal to a good Saturday movie.
I tried to cook when I was single with my friends lots of times and it always worked greatly, also sometimes with my wife when I am in a good mood, usually it is very delicious but unhealthy food.
A great plate should be made only for taste and not for calorie evaluation.
A naughty work philosophy in the food industry.
What kept this fantasy inside me??? Why it never showed on the surface?
I never knew, but I needed to let this thought go out of my head some how.
Why I never thought of being a chef, I could have been a good one, who knows may be a great one, is it the profession itself or the complexity of my personality or the contradiction with my character, may be all of these reasons combined but in the end I was pushed to let it as a secret dream, a dream the has never been shared with anyone.
It is great when you feel you can do something good appreciated by the people around you and cost you only from your tasting imagination.
It is hard to make a plate only accepted by a number of audience, how then to make something not only accepted but also liked and appreciated by this audience, something very hard to accomplish but very exciting to experience and do.
Will it move this lazy dream of mine from its imaginary world to a more real phase of execution, who knows? What I really feel is that I could really enjoy being a cook and spending my life in the food industry without any fears or regrets and may be this will be a motive to begin this dream one day in the near future.
An urging idea is popping into my head for some time now, may be from the beginning of my thirties, what is my next move, what will be my door to the real world of business, what I have really learned from my years of work experience and how can I use this knowledge to improve my family life standard and reach with them a safe place in the end of my days.
