Communist states

Article Summary by: varghese

Original Author: Prof.P.A.Varghese
It lumbered from the beginning by chaining man in shackles. The abolition of the right to private property snipped off man’s
rationale for imitative and competition. Further, resources will mismanaged wrong policies formulated and wrong priorities followed. A lion’s share of the GNP would be allocated for defense and for the communist propaganda around the world. The party leaders of Russia led a more luxurious life than perhaps the notorious monarchs and the and the infamous despots. The 1917 revolution was supposed to end the luxuries of the tsars and put an end to the gnarling inequalities. Instead a host of new stars emerged with chauffeured limousines, summer and winter palaces, private jest and shopping malls of every conceivable luxury. The empty socialistic rhetoric and the lamentable mismanagement continues in many of the pseudo-socialistic  states of Africa. The utterly failed experiment continues to be reenacted condemning the people to misery.     The leaders of comparatively small states go around the world in private jets for ‘state visits’ to advise to the hosts,  to lecture the UN or to seek foreign investments! They and their deputies rob the nation of the nation’s wealth. They maintain embassies all round the world even though the trade between them is minimal.  Subsidies are still maintained and people are heavily taxed to meet the enormous government expenditure. The remaining wealth and donor money are earmarked for wrong priorities  .      .
